PAYMENT METHOD SHIPPING INFORMATION Orders take 5 to 10 days to process before they are shipped We take aproximately 5 to 10 business days to process orders prior to being shipped. Delays can occur when items are backordered. You will be notified if an item is backordered and your card will not be charged until your product is shipped. All packages are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). All merchandise comes with a Money Back Guarantee If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 DAYS by e-mail to receive a "Return Authorization Number". Upon receiving the returned merchandise, you will be refunded your total amount minus shipping/handling, and a 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in NEW condition Exchanges may be made within 5 DAYS by contacting us by e-mail to receive an "Exchange Authorization Number". There will be a $14.00 shipping and restock fee and "plus or minus" the exchanged value on the returned merchandise.
